Local Charlotte NC Cream Puff Fan Receives Cream Puffs for Life
A popular Japanese bakery store in Charlotte NC store gets a customer for life.
Here at Beard Papa’s, we know we have some dedicated fans and followers of our cream puffs - but this is beyond what we would have dreamed. Dan L. of Charlotte NC, a huge fan of our cream puffs, took it upon himself to get a Beard Papa tattoo! Needless to say, we were blown away by the design (we are biased of course) and it has caused quite a stir within the company.
Dan, a local hospital administrator in Charlotte, husband, and father of 2 decided one day that the design was so unique that he had to have it for his very own. “My brother, who lives in California, introduced me to Beard Papa last year while we were visiting my other brother in Denver, CO.” Dan said, “Some think it’s strange to get a tattoo of a cream puff chain’s logo but overall it has been met with good reviews. It’s all about the cream puffs!”
Once his tattoo was finished, Dan walked into our Charlotte location with his new tattoo much to the surprise of our local Charlotte team. “When he showed it to me and my team, we were all shocked and saying ‘no way’ and we all thought he was definitely the first one who was doing this,” said Linda Kuai owner of our Charlotte store. “Honestly I felt special that it happened at my location”.
Dan is a huge fan of our Green Tea cream puffs so much - it was the inspiration for the tattoo. “I love cream puffs so much that it’s rare that I eat just one!” said Dan.
We were so moved by Dan’s story that we bestowed the highest honor we could at Beard Papas’s. We gave him cream puffs for LIFE!
