PARTICIPATION AND RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES YOU AGREE TO THESE RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSOR AND CERTAIN OTHER PARTIES FROM YOU. THE CONTEST IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH META COMPANIES, TIKTOK or X.
1. Timing: The above-referenced sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is March 10, 2025 beginning at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time and ending at 3/24/25 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). From all eligible entries received, one (1) prize winner will be determined by random selection and announced on or after March 26, 2025. A potential winner will be notified in writing via his/her Instagram account, X account, TikTok account or email. Upon request, a potential winner must provide first name, last name, address, date of birth, valid email address and confirm mobile device number (if applicable) at time of prize notification, and any evidence required by Sponsor to substantiate eligibility upon request. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection are final and binding on all participants. The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules to qualify for a prize.
2. How to Enter: To participate, an entrant will need to have an Instagram, X.com, TikTokaccount (a “Social Account”) or email account (“Email Account”). Each as-described Account is the responsibility of its respective third-party service provider. Each Social Account and Email Account is governed by the applicable terms, conditions, requirements, and fees of third parties including those of the Social Account provider, and may include, without limitation, the requirement to have a mobile device and incur data fees, wireless carrier fees, and data charges. Sponsor has no control over any Social Account nor the content, terms, conditions, requirements or fees applicable to the use of Social Accounts or Email Accounts. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any Social Account provider or Email Account provider.
To enter, locate Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post or webpage that is posted at the start of the Sweepstakes Period on Instagram, X, TikTok or Email and take all of the following actions during the Sweepstakes Period to receive an entry:
(1) Follow Beard Papa’s on Instagram, TikTok, X or fill out the sweepstakes form on web page.
(2) For Social Accounts: Comment on the Sweepstakes Post. Comments need not include any other content, including any positive reference about Sponsor’s products and services. However, if an entrant chooses to include additional content, it must be the entrant’s original work and must not be indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, libelous, contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, disparages Sponsor or its products and services, or any other person or party, or contain material that is unlawful in any way;
(3) Follow Beard Papa’s social media. Prize not guaranteed.; and
(3) Tag a friend in the comments section; and
(4) Optionally, Share Sponsor’s sweepstakes post to the Social Account story or Social Account feed; and
(5) Changing a user name or handle, closing a Social Account, making your account private, or failing to remain in good standing during the Sweepstakes Period and before the prize is awarded will invalidate an entry.
Upon completing the above requirements, the entrant will receive one (1) entry for the Sweepstakes Period drawing. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entry that it believes does not meet the above requirements, is unlawful, violates these Official Rules, or could damage the reputation of or is unfavorable to Sponsor or its products and services.
3. Entry Limit: Limit of twelve (3) entries per person.
4. Prize Eligibility: Corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, associations, sole proprietorships, trusts, business and labor organizations, other public or private entities, as well as officers, directors and employees of (i) the Sponsor and (ii) vendors of the Sponsors are not eligible to be a winner. Also not eligible are immediate family members (spouse, child) of the individuals described in the preceding sentence, nor any person residing in the same household as any such individual. All participants must be at least of sufficient age to enter into a binding contract (18 in most states) and a resident of the United States. Entrants are limited to winning one (1) prize.
5. Prizes: Fandango movie codes are non-transferable, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal value. Amounts for prizes are listed below.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each eligible entry shall have an equal chance of winning.
7. Winner: Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete submissions. By entering into the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and to accept the decisions of the Sponsor, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Ketchup Entertainment, as final. Entrants also agree to hold Sponsor, its prize administrator, its advertising and promotion agencies, each Social Account or Email Account provider, each third party contributing funds and/or services to the Sweepstakes and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, franchisees, representatives, and agents (collectively and hereinafter referred to as the “Released Parties”) harmless from any liability arising from participation, or the acceptance or use of the prize. The “authorized subscriber” is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an ISP or other group responsible for assigning email addresses or the Social Account by the social media provider. If an entrant has engaged in conduct on its public social profile that could damage the reputation of or reflect unfavorably on Sponsor or any of the Sponsor Parties, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, entrant will be disqualified.
8. Conditions for Prize Award: Each winner may be required to execute and return documents required by Sponsor, which may include an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release (collectively, the “Releases”), within ten (10) days after issuance of written notification of prize winning. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized Social Account holder. If a winner is deemed to be a minor, said winner’s parent or legal guardian will be required to sign the Releases on minor’s behalf. Noncompliance with the completion and return of said Releases within the allotted time period, or noncompliance with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner by random selection. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify said entrant and seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Publicity: Commenting constitutes entrant’s consent to give Sponsor and the Sponsor Parties a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the submission. Each winner agrees to permit the Sponsor Parties to use his/her name and likeness in promotional and other materials, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Each winner also agrees that his/her name and prize amount will be given to other entrants upon request.
10. Compliance with Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and the Sponsor Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State where Sponsor is located, without regard to its choice of law principles. The parties designate the state and federal courts of applicable subject matter jurisdiction closest to Sponsor’s location as the sole forum for resolution of any disputes concerning the parties’ rights or obligations under these Official Rules or otherwise arising as a result of their relationship. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND WHEREVER ELSE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
11. Taxes: winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the prize, unless otherwise indicated. WINNERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER FOR TAX REPORTING PURPOSES DEPENDING, ON THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE.
12. Winners List: For a hard copy of the winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 2 months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period to the Sponsor at its address.
